Nordic Walking – Active Hiking with Poles in Syöte’s Beautiful Nature

Nordic walking originated in Finland and is rapidly gaining popularity across Europe. Perhaps you’re already an experienced Nordic walker? This dynamic exercise activates about 90% of your body’s muscles — truly healthy and energizing! Your guide will teach you the basic techniques, and walking with poles through Syöte’s stunning natural scenery is an experience not to be missed. Along the way, you’ll enjoy the pristine wilderness and its rich flora and fauna. The tour includes a break to savor coffee or refreshments and cake.
