Lost and found items
We will keep the items found on the hotel premises free of charge from the date of discovery for a month, except for items which are valued under 20 euros.
You can inquire for lost and found items at the hotel reception: email@example.com / tel. 0201-476 400. If your item is found, you can either pick up the found items within a month, or we can mail them: we charge 70 € / shipment for packing + posting to EU countries. Maximum weight for the package is 10 kg and size 19 x 36 x 60 cm.
If you would like to purchase the mailing of found items, first arrange mailing with the reception staff by email or phone, and then follow these steps:

2. Scroll to the end of the gift card online store; The last product in the online store is “Mailing of lost and found items -EU, € 70”. Buy this service.
3. You will receive a booking confirmation in your email. Send this booking confirmation to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your address details + telephone number. Please also indicate at this point if you would like a tracking code for your shipment.
4. We will ship the lost items within 2 weeks.
Buying parcel mailing online via Posti webshop

If you decide to choose this option, you can pay the mailing fee and send us the parcel card (your tracking code is in this card) via email.
We will pack the items, add your parcel card and drop the parcel off in the nearest Posti drop-off office.
