Small, tidy and peaceful pets are welcome in our cottages, except in allergy cottages. Pets must not cause disturbance to cottage neighbors living behind the wall.

You can book a pet cottage from the online store, and add a pet fee to the reservation for additional services.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms, suites, restaurant or terrace, with the exception of the Skywalk rooftop terrace. An exception is the guide dog, which can be taken to the accessible Star Superior Room and public areas.
