Snowmobile safari to wilderness at 14.00
We’ll set off from the hotel on an exhilarating descent down a snow-covered track, then carve our way through the fells, weaving through forests heavy with glistening snow. Glide across frozen swamps and pristine ice-covered lakes, the winter landscape stretching endlessly around you. We’ll pause for a cozy break by a crackling campfire, where you can warm your hands and savor a steaming cup of coffee beneath a canopy of frosted trees. Re-energized, we’ll mount our snowmobiles once more and ascend the majestic Iso-Syöte hill, wrapping up our adventure with stunning panoramic views of the snowy wilderness.

Visit and hike in a small canyon Vattukuru in the Syöte National Park (6 persons)
A hike into the old-growth forest of Syöte National Park. Your guide will lead you through this Arctic wilderness, sharing fascinating insights about the unique landscape, wildlife, and natural wonders along the way. The hike is moderately challenging—somewhat hilly and occasionally rocky—as you make your way down to a peaceful stream nestled at the bottom of a canyon.
Take a moment to unwind by the campfire, sipping hot coffee and enjoying a snack while soaking in the serene sounds of nature. If conditions allow, the hike will be done with snowshoes for a true winter adventure!

Embark on a journey to a traditional farm renowned for its mushrooms, garlic, and herbs. Upon arrival at the authentically built farmhouse, immerse yourself in local culture as you learn about the building’s history and the lifestyle of rural farmers.
Your visit begins with a presentation of Syöte Wildfood, highlighting the natural treasures of the region—mushrooms, herbs, berries, and garlic. You’ll also have the chance to browse and purchase handmade local products in the farm’s workshop.
The highlight of your visit is a homemade lunch in the farmhouse’s Pirtti, where local flavors take center stage:
- Welcome drink: Wild berry smoothie
- Starter: Lappish soup with reindeer (or wild mushroom soup for vegans)
- Sides: Homemade bread with farm-grown garlic butter
- Drink: Self-made berry juice
- Dessert: A sweet creation from local berries or spruce sprouts, served with coffee or chaga tea
After lunch, relax on a comfortable transfer back to your hotel, concluding a day filled with authentic tastes, traditions, and cultural discovery.
