Snowmobile and Husky Safari in Iso-Syöte – Two Arctic Adventures in One

Experience two of the most exciting winter activities in one unforgettable journey: snowmobiling and husky sledding through the magical landscapes of Iso-Syöte. This guided safari begins at Hotel Iso-Syöte, where you’ll hop on a snowmobile and ride through snow-covered forests toward a local husky farm.

At the farm, energetic and friendly huskies are already waiting, eager to take you on a thrilling ride. After a brief driving lesson, you’ll set off with your dog team through stunning scenery – snow-laden forests, frozen lakes, and open Arctic fells. Along the way, you’ll stop to switch drivers and capture photos of the breathtaking surroundings.

After the sled ride, enjoy a traditional Finnish coffee break by an open fire, complete with campfire-brewed coffee. The adventure ends with a snowmobile ride back to the hotel.

• Price: 185 € / person when 2 adults / dog team (+ max 1 child)
• Only shared driving available (2 persons/snowmobile)
• Children who can reach the snowmobile’s footboard and sit safely — usually around 140 cm in height — may ride behind a parent. Smaller children will be seated in a sled pulled by the snowmobile guide.

• Departure for the safaris is from the Hotel Iso-Syöte lobby. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the start time of the program, or 30 minutes beforehand if you do not yet have your safari equipment.
• Safari equipment can be collected from the safari room on weekday mornings between 8:30–9:30. Snowmobile helmets are provided at the start of the safari.
