Hotel Iso-Syöte Expands – 23 New Rooms to Be Completed in Fall 2026

Hotel Iso-Syöte continues its development and invests in even better accommodation services. This expansion represents a significant investment in the region’s tourism.

Expansion work will begin immediately after Easter 2025, increasing the hotel’s capacity with 23 new rooms. The new room wing will include:

• 3 experiential Naava Suites
• 8 Aurora Suites (unlike the current two-story Aurora Suites, the new ones will be on a single level)
• 12 Star Superior rooms

The new room wing will be built facing the ski slopes. At the same time, Ski Resort Iso-Syöte will see the addition of a new chairlift at the summit.

If construction progresses as planned, the new rooms are expected to be completed in fall 2026. The expansion aims to meet the growing demand for tourism and offer a wider range of accommodation options for both domestic and international guests.

The hotel will be closed from April 21 to June 6, 2025. After that, operations will continue as usual, with efforts made to minimize any disruptions for guests. More information about the project and its progress will be updated on the hotel’s website and social media channels.
