At Hotel Iso-Syöte’s Arctic Spa, experience pure relaxation with panoramic views overlooking the breathtaking fell landscape. The spa’s atmosphere is rich in history, with charred wall panels that share the story of a fire from December 2018, adding a unique touch to its serene surroundings.

The sauna area features both a traditional Finnish sauna and a steam bath, perfect for unwinding after a full day of activities, like skiing or mountain biking. In the pool area, you’ll find a jacuzzi, a therapeutic pool with hydrotherapy jets and counter-current units, and a refreshing cold pool. Please remember to bring swimwear, as it is required in the pool area, and you may wrap in a towel for the saunas.

For added indulgence, the Arctic Day Spa offers wellness and beauty services, including massages and facial treatments. Book your desired services in advance to guarantee your spot—availability is open in the online booking calendar two weeks ahead of time.

Please note that the facilities are limited and the spa could be full at times, especially evenings.
Children under the age of 12 can only visit the spa with an adult.
Do not bring food, drinks, glass or bottles into the pool area or saunas
Wash thoroughly before going to the pool area and take a shower every time you go from the sauna to the pools

Do not dive or jump in the pools
The depth of the pool is 1.4 meters
Water temperatures: swimming pool 29 C / jacuzzi 33 C / cold pool 6-8 C
Dressing rooms have numerically coded lockers. The lockers are emptied every morning during cleaning.
