Our wellbeing day programs are designed to refresh both body and mind.


From Destruction to Flourishing – Lecture 200€

An emotional and inspiring lecture by Juha Kuukasjärvi about how challenges and setbacks can be turned into personal and professional growth.

Duration: approx. 1 hour.

Guided Mountain Biking Tour 130€ / person

The tour begins with familiarizing yourself with the bikes, after which we ride from the top of the fell down into the Syöte trail network. The routes are famous for their variety and stunning views. The tour includes a snack break before returning to Iso-Syöte.

Includes helmets, electric mountain bikes, and trail snacks – please bring a small backpack and water bottle. Height and weight information is required.
Available from June to end of September, weather permitting in October.
Group size: 6–20 people. Duration: approx. 3 hours.


Canoeing Trip on Lake Naamankajärvi 78€ / person

A peaceful paddling experience on a mirror-like lake surrounded by forest. The guide introduces basic paddling techniques. No previous experience needed. We use two-person Indian canoes. Includes equipment, life jackets, guiding, and lakeside snacks.

Includes transportation to the lake.
Available from June to end of September, weather permitting in October.
Group size: 6–24 people. Duration: approx. 3 hours.


Fishing at Niskalampi 89€ / person

Includes transportation, fishing snacks, fly and lure fishing equipment, and the services of a professional fishing guide.
Group size: 8–20 people. Duration: approx. 3 hours.


Hike to Kettutupa Hut 45€ / person

An easy trail starting from the base of the fell. Includes drinks and campfire-grilled sausages. Please bring a small backpack and water bottle. Footwear depending on weather (rubber boots or hiking shoes).
Transportation to the trailhead available at additional cost.
Min. 6 people. Duration: approx. 3 hours. Distance: 7.5 km.


Mushroom Foraging Experience 39€ / person

Guided by a trained mushroom expert, learn about edible wild mushrooms and enjoy a hands-on forest excursion. Equipment (basket & knife) available if needed. Takes place in Hanhilampi area or elsewhere in Syöte. Optional: coffee & pastries for extra fee.
Opportunity to purchase mushroom and herb products.

Wine Tasting at Hilltop Restaurant 35€ / person

Explore the world of wine with a guided tasting session at Hilltop Restaurant. Choose your focus: A Glimpse into the World of Wine, Charming Reds, or Elegant Whites. Non-alcoholic wines also available.
Min. 8 people. Duration: 1–2 hours.


Cocktail & Mocktail Workshop 35€ / person

Learn the art of crafting cocktails and mocktails with our skilled bartenders at Hilltop Restaurant. From classic recipes to creative originals, participants get to mix, shake, and garnish their own drinks.
Min. 8 people. Duration: 1–2 hours.


Mix Your Own Natural Spice Blend 35€ / person

Intro to local wild herbs and natural ingredients. Taste and create your own custom spice or berry powder blend. Pack your mix in an eco-friendly cardboard jar with your own label.
Min. 10 people. Duration: approx. 1 hour.


Nordic Walking Tour 25€ / person

Learn proper technique, warm up, enjoy a scenic walk in Syöte, and finish with guided stretches.
Min. 15 people. Duration: approx. 1 hour.


Antler Jewelry Workshop 20€ / person

Craft your own souvenir from reindeer antler – either a keychain or necklace. Materials include antler, leather, stainless surgical steel, and silver-plated steel. No prior skills needed. Note: antler dust may be generated during the workshop.
Group size: 15–22 people. Duration: approx. 1 hour.


Water Aerobics 15€ / person

Gentle but effective full-body workout in the pool with music. Increases flexibility, endurance, and balance. Ends with a short full-body stretch.
Min. 15 people. Duration: approx. 30 minutes.


Chair Workout 15€ / person

A refreshing low-impact workout in a meeting room or other indoor space. Includes seated and standing exercises for strength, balance, and mobility – adapted to all fitness levels.
Min. 15 people. Duration: approx. 30 minutes.


Guided Visualization & Relaxation 15€ / person

Breathing exercises and light stretches followed by a guided visualization journey. Can be held indoors or outdoors depending on weather. A peaceful moment of rest and recovery.
