Welcome to Arctic Hilltop Boutique Hotel Iso-Syöte!
The expansion work of Hotel Iso-Syöte has began after Easter 2025, and the construction site is located near the Bear Cave and Phoenix suites. On weekdays, some noise from the site may be heard.
Reception
- Reception 8-22. Please note that the 3rd floor with the reception and restaurant is closed at night.
- Check-in for rooms and suites is at 15-22 and for cottages at 16-22.
- Check-out is at 8-12.
- If you wish to check out before 8, please inform reception the previous evening before 21.
- If your arrival is later than 22, please contact the reception before 21.
- There are no services available during the night. Maintenance emergency (24h) tel. 0440-823400.

Cleaning
- Day cleaning in the rooms Monday-Saturday and in the suites daily. Change of linen once during a week stay.
- Cottage rate includes final cleaning but not washing dishes. Extra fee for washing dishes 35€. One set of linen included. Changing towels for cottages at the reception – one change during the week for free, and extra changes for 5€ /towel.
- The recycling point for Kelo Cottages is located at the beginning of Metsäsyötteentie. The key to the recycling point is on the wall in the entrance — please return the key to its place.
- The recycling point for Fell Top Cottages is on the right side of T1B-cottage.
- No smoking in the rooms, the suites, the suites’ balconies or cottages. Smoking is prohibited indoors and on balconies. Balcony smoking incurs a €50 fee, room smoking a €400 fee, and false fire alarms due to violations may cost €800 or more.

- Free parking for hotel guests. Also car heating plugs with a timer are available, but not pre-bookable.
- Four Oomi electric car charging points. Charging an electric car from any other plug is not allowed.
- The car heating plug for Kelo Cottages is on the cottage terrace and requires an extension of about 5 meters
