Visit by snowmobiles to a reindeer camp

A snowmobile safari takes you through snowy forests and across ice-covered lakes to a reindeer camp, where visitors will have the chance to ride in a sled pulled by a reindeer. Hot drinks and pulla are served in the kota while the reindeer herder shares stories about reindeer and the traditions of reindeer herding

  • Included: Snowmobiles safari, short reindeer ride and hot drinks with pulla
  • Duration: approx. 3 hours
  • Price: 135 € / person when 2 persons/snowmobile or 180 € / person when 1 person/snowmobile

Reindeer safaris are part of Hotel Iso-Syöte’s winter weekly safari program on Thursdays and Fridays.

Hotel Iso-Syöte is located in the southern border of Lapland, on the top of the southernmost fell in Finland. The hotel is within easy reach by car or via Oulu, Kuusamo or Rovaniemi airports.
