The New Hotel Iso-Syöte

The restaurant part which was destroyed by the fire was demolished to the ground in the spring 2019. The building work of the new restaurant will be finished in 2020. The new part will also include hotel reception, Arctic Spa services, new Star Superior rooms and two special suites, The Bear Cave and the Phoenix Suites, safari services and bike rental.

The old room wing with double rooms and Aurora suites is ready to accommodate guests.  The Eagle View suite is available as well.

The new hotel is designed by a local architect Asko Lax.

Interior designer is Tatu Ahlroos who had previously designed Aurora suites and the Bear Cave suite’s interiors, among others.

Easy to reach

Hotel Iso-Syöte is located in the southern border of Lapland, on the top of the southernmost fell in Finland. The hotel is within easy reach by car or via Oulu, Kuusamo or Rovaniemi airports.
