Hotel Iso-Syöte offers a variety of husky safaris: an all-day husky safari, a short ride lasting a couple of hours and a safari combining the speed of snowmobiles and huskies.

Snowmobile & husky safari 6 km 

The safari starts from Hotel Iso-Syöte by snowmobile, leading to the place where the huskies eagerly await visitors. After an introduction to the huskies and a brief instruction session, you’ll take off with the huskies energetically pulling your sled. The safari route winds through snowy forests and across ice-covered swamps in the Syöte area. There will be stops along the way to switch drivers and take pictures.

Husky safari 12 km

Transportation is provided to a husky farm, where the husky dogs eagerly await visitors. Upon arrival, you’ll receive an introduction to the team dogs and instructions before embarking on the husky sled ride. The safari route winds through snowy forests and across ice-covered lakes surrounding the husky farm, with stops along the way to switch drivers and take photos.

• Price: 195 € / person with 2 adults/dog team (+ max 1 child) or 240 € / person with 1 person/dog team 
• Included: transfer, husky safari (approx. 12 km), safari outfit

Full day husky safari including campfire lunch

Transportation is provided to the husky farm, where the huskies eagerly await visitors. Upon arrival, you’ll be introduced to the team dogs and given instructions before embarking on the husky sled ride. The safari route takes you through snowy forests and across ice-covered lakes and swamps. Lunch will be served around a campfire, either on the trail or back at the husky farm. There will also be stops to switch drivers and take pictures. The journey with the huskies covers approximately 25 to 40 km in total, depending on track and weather conditions.
