Winter weekly safari program

Experience the wonders of winter on our winter-season weekly safari program including something for every day: snowmobile safaris, snowshoeing, joyful husky and reindeer rides, ice fishing, biking, kicksledding and a day trip to Ranua Wildlife Park and the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi.

Hotel Iso-Syöte’s weekly safari program guarantees an extensive selection of winter-season safaris. All safaris include a guide, training, equipment and insurance, and they are easy to join as they all start at the hotel.

Taking part in a safari does not require any previous experience. We reserve the right to change the schedules.

Winter weekly safari program is available during winter season from December until April.

Important to know

  • Prebooking is highly recommended.
  • For requests and prebookings please contact gerralda@isosyote.fi
  • When available, bookings can be made at the hotel reception latest by 4 pm the day before.
  • Prices include VAT // Children under 12: 50% discount.
  • All safaris include a guide, training, equipment and insurance.
  • In the event of an accident, the excess is EUR 900.
  • Taking part in a safari does not require any previous experience.
  • The duration of safaris shown in the programmes may vary slightly depending on weather conditions and participants.
  • We reserve the right to change the schedules.

Easy to reach

Hotel Iso-Syöte is located in the southern border of Lapland, on the top of the southernmost fell in Finland. The hotel is within easy reach by car or via Oulu, Kuusamo or Rovaniemi airports.
